This Billing & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, renewals, and cancellations work for Land Pocket Listings.

By purchasing a membership, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Membership Billing

Land Pocket Listings offers a paid membership that provides private access to land opportunities.

  • Memberships are billed on an annual basis.

  • The current Founding Membership price is $360 per year.

  • Payment is charged at the time of purchase.

  • Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.

Founding Members retain their locked-in annual rate for as long as their membership remains active.

Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel before your renewal date:

  • Your membership will automatically renew for another annual term.

  • Your payment method on file will be charged the applicable membership fee.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date billing information.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time.

  • Cancellation prevents future renewals.

  • Access to the membership remains active through the end of your current paid billing period.

  • No partial refunds or prorated refunds are provided for unused time.

To cancel, follow the instructions provided in your account or contact support for assistance.

Refund Policy

All membership payments are non-refundable.

Because Land Pocket Listings provides access to time-sensitive information and private opportunities, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Partial use of a membership period

  • Lack of participation

  • Changes in personal circumstances

  • Perceived availability of opportunities

Please review membership details carefully before purchasing.

Changes to Pricing or Terms

We reserve the right to modify pricing, billing terms, or membership structure for future members.

Any changes will not affect existing Founding Members’ locked-in pricing, provided their membership remains active.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe).

We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
